Returning Merchandise
Freer-Low Family Association.com stands behind the products sold and guarantees your satisfaction with every order. The following items may be returned for credit:
- Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packaging.
- Defective merchandise.
- Any merchandise that was not shipped correctly.
- Merchandise that has not been installed.
- All returns must be made within (30) days of purchase.
- All returns that were not errors on the part of FreerFamily.org must be returned frt prepaid. will have the plus outbound freight.
Except for Software and Memberships: Due to the parishable nature of our memberships and entrance to the classified area of the Family Genealogy Database
refunds cannot be given. We hope that you understand. Memberships must be renewed every year
Refunds:
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Receiving your refund may take up to 30 day(s). Refunds will only be given in the form of payment that was originally used except for Money Orders. They will be refunded by a good check. Please note, we cannot refund shipping cost unless the return was caused by an error on the part of FreerFamily.org

Obtaining a "Return Goods Authorization"
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise has not been installed or use, you may return it at our discretion. The items must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging and must not be over thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Under these conditions please contact Freer-Family.org for a Returned Goods Authorization Number.
When returning your merchandise please write the RGA number on THE SHIPPING LABEL (NOT DIRECTLY ON THE BOX), if no RGA Number is clearly marked on the Label the shipment will be refused. The product returned with a Freer-Family.org RGA and upon inspection will be accepted for credit less a 15% restocking fee (Lighting Products subject to 20% restocking) and handling fees. The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact with freight prepaid by the customer. A credit will not be issued if the merchandise is not the original product ordered or if the product has been installed or used.
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have exceeded the thirty (30) days and have not exceeded sixty (60) days, you may return the product under the same conditions stated above for store credit less an extra 10% restocking fee and handling fees.
